Dear Sharon,
Although your description is good, it would be best that one is personally there to have a look.
Overall, although the real door could be at the `frontage' of the road or side entrance; one can safely look at the house even if the `frontage' looks more towards the ocean.
I.e. Here, the frontage e.g. the brightest side of the house can be considered as the frontage e.g. facing ocean instead of the `real' frontage e.g. accessible from the road.
