Dear Christina,
In the bedroom; it is always best to sleep based on good Shapes and Forms Feng Shui.
Sleeping with feet facing a good direction is considered `nice to have' or secondary after good Shapes and Forms has been met.
In your situation, you can still sleep with your feet facing a good direction, if you can place e.g. a low linen cabinet at the foot of the bed. Here, it is like a divider. (This is subject to space constraints.)
Warmest Regards,
Cecil
